Meet the Coach

I'm Simon Lewellen, CSCS — a strength and conditioning coach specializing in golf performance training for amateur golfers. My work focuses on developing strength, speed, and durability through evidence-based training principles and real-world coaching experience.

In addition to working with amateur golfers through online coaching since 2021, I spent 2025 working on the LPGA Tour, providing strength and conditioning and performance support to professional golfers, including Lauren Coughlin and Gurleen Kaur. This experience required adapting training to demanding travel schedules, competitive environments, and the physical demands of high-level tournament play. The same principles used at the professional level are applied to my online programs, scaled appropriately to help amateur golfers train effectively, safely, and consistently.
